My name is Victoria Lynn Rosa but people who know me usually call me Vikki. There are many other surnames that people have given me, but my favorite one of them all is when people call me "V." It's short and to the point, sort of like me. I'm 100 percent Puerto Rican brought up in Bridgeport, Conn. I am the youngest of three and am the only girl, so you can only imagine how spoiled I am but it has its disadvantages too. My mother had me at 39, which makes an 11-year difference between me and my older brother Brian and a 13-year difference between me and my older brother Neville Jr. I have spent all of my days at the same church, Good Shepherd Christian church in Bridgeport, Conn. and have been blessed to have been raised there. My father is an elder and my mother was the children's choir, VBS and Missionettes director; though now she is only the director of Missions. Our church is building an orphanage in the Dominican Republic in Bonao and my mother is on the forefront in trying to raise funds for this project. I graduated from the University of Connecticut with a double major in Journalism and Communications and plan to open up a Christian Publishing Company one day with my own Christian Teen Magazine called Victory Magazine. I also am very into the performing arts: singing, acting and dancing. I love music and have written a few songs and am big on choreography for all sorts of drama events we hold at church. I wish to use all of my talents for the Lord. My dream would be able to have a publishing company and a Christian Theater where I can write musicals and have people act them out.
