My name is Sarah and I’m from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. I am about to graduate high school and I have been home schooled for all but two years of my life. To answer the question that always follows the previous statement; yes, occasionally I go to school in my pajamas. Home schooling was my parent’s choice for me. But it was a choice that has brought me to the place in my life where I am now, for which I am grateful. I have the opportunity to graduate early this year which makes it possible for me to apply for the AIM trip to India. Honestly, I believe that when the team leaves for India in January, whether I am a part of the team or not, they will do amazing things for God there. God will grow them individually and corporately and they will have an impact on the people around them. God doesn’t need me there to do that for him. But if God opens the door for me to be a part of this trip, I know that no matter what I sacrifice, I will end up being blessed more simply because I’m able to be a part of what he is already doing.

  1. Hey Sarah! I just found you on Facebook, but I wanted to comment here because I really appreciated what you’re saying about God working through our team in India. Sometimes I have to remind myself that even when I might not think I am the most qualified, God uses any willing heart to His glory. And that’s what He’s going to do with our team in India. Anyway, I’m really excited to meet you, Sarah!
